I live here in California and I wish we were not hosting the Olympics. I wish the World cup was going elsewhere. I am so embarrassed to a citizen of this once great possibility of a country. The first thing I thought about when you played that music was exactly that - the white-washing, the lack of substance and bite. "But Eddie, they speak a line of Spanish in there, so..." 🙄 They just don't get it. Or maybe they do? I can't honestly tell.
Either way, I wince at the thought of THAT being "our" song. Yuk.

how many people are going to keep living here and dealing with all this stress do you know how many people have left already.. the fruit and vegetables last no longer than 3 days that you get from the store now when I went to a Publix the fruit looked horrible and was halfway rotting what in the world is that?! Sugar has almost doubled.. Everything willl be going up soon do you stay or do you go where getting fresh goods fresh fruit and vegetables picked in another country where you actually live and your bills are half and you can watch this from a television set miles away.. when is your health more important.. mental and physical.. but then for the country that you have moved to be threatened? Is anywhere safe? Sorry, I have just been running different scenarios through my head...Thank you for a wealth of information 🙏🏼
