Watch now | Eddie reflects on personal experiences and broader societal issues, including the Gaza conflict, the implications of the government shutdown, and the role of media in political discourse. He emphasizes the need for Democrats to hold the line against Republican strategies that undermine social contracts and democracy, while also calling for a deeper understanding of the suffering caused by political decisions.
Thank you Professor. I wait for Fridays to see your weekly wrap up.
As a 75 year old Black woman raised in Louisiana doing the 50’s and 60’s, I have never felt so hopeless in my life. I keep thinking I am having a nightmare and can’t wake up from it.
I can only imagine what my ancestors felt like coming out on to a ship and seeing nothing but water and not knowing what to do or where they were going. That is how I am feeling right now.
Thank you Professor Eddie, and God bless your mom. I am so tired of this cruel and sinister administration. But I am going to keep resisting and showing up!
He’s right we are under attack from within and it’s from the very people that were speaking on that stage along with Stephen Miller, Peter Thiel and the rest of those narcissistic fools.
Btw, are you familiar with Mississippi singer Kirky Dockery? This sister is all of that. I am enjoying her lastest album Miss Black America. She loves Mississippi! Enjoy
Thank you, Eddie. In these trying times, your words always inspire. I’m glad you were able to visit your mom and spend some time with her. Blessings to your family 🙏🏼
