They want brown people promoted based on "merit" ... but they will keep elevating their own via unconscious bias, family inheritance, legacy adnissions, the good ole boy network, and nepotism. The original DEI.

Get well Eddie. You and many others will be needed for the coming disputes. I have been impressed that many organizations have active plans and actions to halt what is being attempted. These organizations are countering quickly. But the Democratic Party is reeling. We need new, younger, and more vigorous leadership. The membership wants action. They want to see some fight. The Party must go in 100% for working people. I know many seek your outlook and opinions. Sir if you can, please push leadership to move. This is a time to act. These ARE NOT politics as usual.
