Watch now | Eddie reflects on the exhaustion and despair felt amidst ongoing crises, reminding us not to lose sight on the situation in Gaza and the implications of recent mass shootings. He discusses the legal battles against the Trump administration's overreach, highlighting the courts' role in pushing back against executive power. Eddie emphasizes the assault on civil rights and education, particularly the attempts to undermine the Civil Rights Act and the ideological shifts in college accreditation. Despite the heavy themes, he encourages resilience and the importance of community support in navigating these challenging times.
I don't want to live in this country anymore. Rev. Wright was right! God Damn America! This country gave us nothing. They stole us from our ancestral homes and made us slaves, and then second-class citizens. We nonviolently asked for equal rights, and they beat us, maimed us, and killed us. They bombed our houses, churches, and schools. They killed our prophets and sicced dogs and water hoses on us. They lynched us and then carved up our bodies and sold them as souvenirs. They shamelessly posed for lynching photos, created postcards, and sold them all over the country. What would America be without Blacks? Broke!!! They profit off of our rhythm and our blues. Oh, the half has never been told, but the Orange Felon and his fascist regime want to erase our story because it makes them look bad. They can't handle the truth. DJT has always hated Black people. That is no secret. So F'em and f*** the USA. Y'all can kiss my Black ass. All of it!!!
I applaud you Sis Arika for all of your righteous thoughts. My bad knee tells the story of me having give to give up my seat on a bus in Birmingham when I was 7. I’m tired, but still I rise every day!
As an early 60s retired white man, I grew up in a part of Ohio that had been strongly desegregated. I met the first of the young and mid aged black men when I was recently out of high school and worked in a small manufacturing company in a nearby city. I lived in the suburb's and asked what was life like in their world. It was quite eye opening. I know that I will never grasp the realities of growing up as a person of color in this country but, I will always try to understand and defend their rights to live and prosper in this country if it survives.

This is 💯 in a nutshell. Thank you for being concise and keeping us factually informed. Be good to yourself sir, as well.
All of the accomplishments of my lifetime being erased. It's truly heartbreaking. I probably won't live long enough to see them rebuilt.
F*** Donald Trump!

Mr, Professor Glaude
As an early 60s retired white man, I grew up in a part of Ohio that had been strongly desegregated. I met the first of the young and mid aged black men when I was recently out of high school and worked in a small manufacturing company in a nearby city. I lived in the suburb's and asked what was life like in their world. It was quite eye opening. Thank you for your vulnerability…. And never apologize for it. Receive a huge long hug 🤗. May God continue to bless you and renew your spirit. 💙🩵💙🩵💙
Dr. Eddie,
We must continue to love ourselves enough to set boundaries on our levels of stress. We aren’t able to go backwards, only forward.
Moving forward. No other choice.
Thank you, Eddie.
